Biography

Takahiro Kido is a music composer in Tokyo, Japan. He started musical works since 2004, as the member of Anoice which is a Tokyo based neoclassical/alternative music group. Anoice debuted by releasing their first album “Remmings” from Important Records in 2006. Afterwards Anoice has released some albums from Ricco Label which is Takahiro Kido’s own music label in Tokyo. And he has also released six solo albums such as “Fairy Tale”, “in my Time” and “Fleursy Music” from NATURE BLISS and Ricco Label.
In addition, Tahakiro Kido took charge of composing or performing music for many spots for TV or webs (Armani, Louis Vuitton, Rag & Bone, Google, NTT, JT, SEED etc.), film works (“Internet is a Desert” the prize film of Venice International Short Film Festival, “Li.Li.Ta.Al.” the short film which got the Best Original Score Prize at Sapporo International Short Film Festival, “Honokaa-Boy” in Japan, “Penerose” in Austria etc.), events (Milan fashion week, Moscow International Biennale, “Tanzbrucke 2011” a ballet of Czech Republic, “NIPPON VISION” of Japanese department store Isetan, The 80 anniversary event of Toshimaku, Japan etc.), art magazines (“Purple Magazine” in France, “Another” in Netherlands, “POST” in UK, “GONZO” in Belgium, etc.), albums of musicians (Filmes, Holocene etc.).
Now, Takahiro Kido also plays in some other projects together with the members of Anoice, such as Rilf (the altanative rock band formed by the members of Anoice and Calu who is the vocalist of Matryoshka.), mokyow (a post-rock band formed by the male members of Anoice, and the keyboardist Kenichi Kai.) and Cru (a neoclassical music unit formed with Yuki Murata of Anoice).
