  • Just when I think I scraped the cream off the 60's I hear Tages. The album Studio is better than Village Green Preservation Society IMO. Great melodies, subject matter, drumming, measure changes. They had a particular style for sure, sort of The Easybeats rock with Marmalade's pop with the rhythm section from The Move. In many ways they were progressive rock before the term.
