Tab Two was a german band, consisting of Hellmut Hattler (Bass) and Joo Kraus (trumpet). They combined Acid Jazz with Hip-Hop, Trip Hop, Drum’n’Bass and other styles. Their biggest hit was “No Flagman Ahead” from the 1995-Album “Flagman Ahead”. Their last album was published in 2000.

in Poland I haven't found anyone knowing them either :/ It's my favourite band (1/4 of my library are their songs ). I could listen to them in any time and mood - there always be proper album... The funny thing is that after 10 years are realised that title of my favorite song (Liblingslied) means 'Favorite song' in German! Really bad they'd fallen out. But maybe it's better... I wouldn't want to see them making worse and worse music and this way they ended at their top :) BTW. I've made an e-mail interview with both Joo and Helmut - if you want to read it - contact me. It's not very expanded but someone might be interested.
