I'm revisiting this album after spending some time with Dear Science, and I still think this is their best work. Desperate Youth has some killer tracks but is kinda spotty. Dear Science is full of fantastic songs, but I become completely immersed in Return To Cookie Mountain when I listen to it. This album creates an entire world for my ears to explore.
