I did this a few years ago. Since my top 50 has changed quite a bit in the last few years, I figured I'd do this again.

    1. How did you get into #31? I saw Sarah Harmer's You Were Here album at Best Buy. For some reason, I was intrigued by the cover so I went home and sampled it on the internet. I liked what I heard, so I bought the album and everything else she released after that.

    2. What was the first song you ever heard by #22? I've been listening to Sonic Youth since high school, so it is kind of hard of to pinpoint which song I heard first. I'm pretty sure it was Kool Thing. One of my classmates played it a music appreciation class I took my junior year of high school. It remains my favorite song by them.

    3. What's your favorite lyric by #29?
I love a lot of Hole lyrics. But my favorite would have to be from Doll Parts. That song has always been my favorite from them and has always resonated with me.

    Concrete Sky, I think.

What is your favourite album of 2?
The first disc of RetroSpective: The Best Of Suzanne Vega sums her up pretty nicely, but does a compilation count? If not then I really like Songs In Red And Gray, although lots of people seem to prefer the earlier stuff.

What is your favourite lyric that 5 has sung?
From Trigger: “From green to red our days pass by / Waiting for a sign to tell us why / Are we dancing all alone? / Collect some stars to shine for you / And start today 'cause there's only a few / A sign of times my friend”

How many times have you seen 4 live?
Once. But it was f-ing amazing.

What is your favourite song by 7?
Meet On The Ledge, ‘cause I’m mighty predictable.

Is there a song of 3 that makes you sad?
