Biography

In the spring of 2006, Steve Angello & Axwell joined forces to create Supermode. Their first big hit, “Tell Me Why”, remixed Bronski Beat’s “

Smalltown Boy”, since the sample from the original song repeats “tell me why” (which is not a sample from the song “Smalltown Boy”, but from Bronski Beat’s second No. 1 Hit “Why”). The song was released under the Data records label.
