Sundowner is a psychedelic rock band from manchester, U.K. Originally forming as a duo in 2002 and growing to six in 2007, Sundowner’s sound has grown up from humble beginnings to a full on live act.
Late 2007 saw the release of their debut album “Sundowner” on magnatune. The album was whittled down from hours of improvised “jams” and crafted into “songs”. The album shape shifts between stoner rock, krautrock jams, drones and shoegaze sessions - always with a liberal dose of psycheldelia
