yes, great song, proper music....but hey, why the hell do so many people in the U.S. think just because there is a fiddle and folk stuff it's Irish ??? i mean, come on...like as though jigs and hornpipes and stuff only comes from Ireland !?! ha ha...! Irish music is great and i love it, but folk music like that is in fact from all over Northern England, Scotland *and* Ireland, not only Ireland OK. The Soul Cake song is well known as being from the north-west England, (which still retains many celtic roots) and can be found in various versions over northern england and also of course the 'souling' tradition which goes with it, which is the source of 'trick or treat' at halloween. There are many songs and tunes and traditions which people say are Irish which are in fact originally from northern England or Scotland...wish people would stop the simplistic 'Mickey mouse'/hollywood view of what it is to mean 'Celtic' !
