As good as this song is I wish it was not on Insurgentes. It has nothing in common with the other songs and ruins the flow of the whole album. It would have done much better on GfD.

What lonelyfurrow said. That aside, this track is quite the eclectic beast. Wilson's semi-spoken part just exudes cool.

Absolutely perfect opener for this band. Starting off with the most dynamic track first, immediately showcasing the improvisation of all of the musicians. Every version is distinct.

Frightening, disturbing, loud and utterly brilliant. Who cares if it sounds like King Crimson ? Everyone is influenced by someone else, at least Steven Wilson acknowledges his heros. In 20 years time we'll all be saying "...Steven Wilson was doing this 20 years ago."

King Crimson is hands down the greatest Prog stuff ever made by humans. Steven Wilson in 50 years time might put some doubt into that thought... FIXED!!!
