Using a simple tape loop (or two identical loops overlapping) this piece creates rhythm, reverb and phase while at the same time allowing the listeners attention to drift between the linguistic points of the words. The effects are altered by changing the arrangement of the loops and thus the rhythm.

    I was hanging out in Manhattan last week and I heard this song playing. Some one from somewhere was blasting it out of some big ass speakers. All of the "Come out's" were echoing off the buildings. I was like "holy fuck that's Steve Reich!" all my friends just gave me a weird look because they had no idea who Steve Reich was. Fuck those guys.
