Catching Up...

A few weeks ago I mentioned that I was going to co-write with a good friend and fellow musician. It was such a great experience! I haven’t done much co-writing in my time, but the few times I have - it’s been totally inspiring. I went in with fairly high expectations, and with good reason. Derek (other musician), is highly skilled musician and guitar player and has written some songs that beg for the “replay” button. I used to think that songwriting was so personal, and as a result I’ve guarded my music until I felt it was near completion. I’m fairly rigid, so this is more like a step in a new direction, and a new learning curve I am attempting to move towards. The older I get the more I crave learning and growing. Life continues to get more exciting, the more I get out of the way. Steve
