In seiner Eigenständigkeit unterschätzt. Klasse Musiker. Habe ihm viele gute CDs zu verdanken: Dolphin Brothers, JBK, Japan und solo etc. Jansen steht für Sounds und Kreativität. Auch das ein gutes Stück.

david sylvian radio is ambien radio, on low, when it.s 6 45 am and must be up at 10 and to work at 11 am sharp. even if i just drift to these angles taken by japan exesa and thier new cohorts, i'll be relaxed and prepared. ambien sylvian combo makes it flow gently down, not up, the stream.

I feel drowsy now. That's a good thing. Beautiful music. I need this to listen to the next time it rains.

It's so odd to me how the individual members of Japan have split off from each other, and gone down similar routes. Its as if each member hold one crucial piece to the whole puzzle. They have each managed to continue to make music that stands on its own.

"now he dreams" is pure beauty. Minimalist, yet complex, both organic and carefully constructed. I want to buy this more than anything I have heard on last.fm, put it on my iPod and use it as a lullaby. Pretty please, Steve ..? :)
