Biography

Stevan Pasero is recognized worldwide as one of the most talented, influential and versatile guitarists of the decade. Fans and critics say that Stevan is one of the music world’s best kept secrets, even though more than 25 of his classical transcription and ensemble recordings for acoustic guitar have sold cumulatively more than 10million copies. As a musician, he has released 25 recordings and collections, transcribed 30 major symphonic works for the guitar repertoire, produced 300 studio recordings and has composed well over 1,000 pieces for solo, duo and various ensembles. Stevan is one of the few musicians to record in several music idioms successfully, bridging classical, jazz and world music markets.

Critics have consistently praised Pasero’s releases and performances for years: “Some of the greatest guitar music of all time” KKHI; “Amazing forte and musicianship” GAVIN REPORT; “One of my favorite artists to listen to.” CD REVIEW
