    To those claiming it's ripped from The Kinks, you know nothing of music composition. They both use the same scale (blues scale). Almost every band in the history of rock has used this scale (E - A - Ex2 - Ax2 - Ex2 - B - A - E - B). Just because a riff sounds similar, maybe because it is due to use of the same scale. It is a nice tribute to The Kinks yes. Another song that sounds similar is 'Green Day - Warning'. So... did The Kinks rip off the inventor of the blues scale? No, of course not. Just shut up, enjoy the song and feel flattered that it's most likely a tribute to The Kinks.
