  • Stacy L. WOW! I still love her music today, I still have good feelings, memories spinning those records and playing those cassettes. Every time her music came on the radio I'd turned it up! Not only the height of her life and career, I'm sure for other friends and mine too. Here's to good times at the Disco Clubs and Record Hops! Thanks Last FM!
  • don't throw it all away will hold it's own against any of today's teen divas greatest love songs. stacy lattisaw was an early 80's r&b teen diva who'd see starlets who'd come after her like shanice, tracy spencer & eventually brandy, aaliyah & monica find greater & greater success. her hits still warrant a listen today; you'll hear how her musical descendants benefited from her example. namely in "don't throw it all away," a plaintive plea of reconnection whose vocal delivery & melody belied her age of 16 in 1982. essential but often overlooked 80's r&b jams in her catalog. [2]. Well said!
