Biography
Squinch Owl is the musical project of Sofia Albam, a songwriter originally from New York state. She plays banjo, guitar, accordion and sings outrageously well. She sometimes is accompanied musically by her friends and family.
Her music is reminiscent of early blues, Americana, and folk music, but simultaneously sounds altogether new.
She also plays banjo, accordion, fiddle, guitar, and sings for the blues/Americana/rock & roll outfit “Sons of an Illustrious Father,” from New York.
