The Boat's 1996 debut single "Satellite Girl" was produced by Norman Blake from Teenage Fanclub and received some good regional UK indie radio support. Their 1997 follow up single "Luv"/ "A-T-O-M-I-C" got some UK college radio playlistings and several spins on Radio One's Evening Session. At long last Shoeshine presents their debut album: 9 original tracks plus a groovy cover of Elvis Presley's "Change Of Habit".
