    Thank you last.fm for recommending this to me! This song is awesome! I always thought Spanky and Our Gang was just a pseudonym used by the (Young) Rascals of "Beautiful Morning" fame...didn't know they were a totally separate band.

    I was a kid, this was a hit, and I felt like I was walking 3 inches off the ground when I heard it. that's before I knew what love was. Songs like this, like 'It's A Beautiful Morning" , saved me from an otherwise sad chlldhood.
