1> A Texas rock band that recorded and released a self-titled album in Canada in 1972; Epic released it in 1973 in the US. After a successful reunion concert in 1997, the band recorded new material which was released in 2001. 2004 saw the reissue of their original album, but the deaths of drummer Brett Wilson in 2005 and guitarist Scott Fraser in 2006 have ended the band’s revival.

2> A short-lived collaboration between CJ Bolland and Cisco Ferreira that resulted in early material released on the influential Belgian label R&S, Space Opera was soon eclipsed by Bolland’s solo material (some of which still included the contributions of Ferreira) and Ferreira’s future work as the Advent with Colin McBean.
