  • Soy Un Caballo support The High Llamas on Thurs 12th Feb for their only London date of 2009 at the wonderful Luminaire. The headliners and support have been friends since Soy Un Caballo's Thomas asked The High Llamas' Sean O'Hagan to co-produce their recent debut album after being inspired by O'Hagan's string and horn arrangements on Stereolab albums. For the uninitiated, The High Llamas' melodic but gently psychedelic pop has rubbed off, through hands-on production, remixing or arragement work by members of the band, on music by Doves, Stereolab, Super Furry Animals, Cornelius, The Boo Radleys and Turn Brakes, amongst others. http://www.myspace.com/thehighllamassongs http://www.wegottickets.com/event/41587
