    That would be Raymond Scott's "Powerhouse", composed in the late 1930s. Probably the most famous piece of music that nobody knows the name of or who wrote it. ;-)

    I don't know the name of the orchestral sample - but if anyone knows let me know! I *do* remember that it was often used during bugs bunny when they were on a conveyer-belt or around machinery etc. I always liked it, very apt. :)
