This song was one of my favorites already before I saw them live, but seeing it live was a truly magnificent experience. I had never thought of the song as so desperate, so fragmentary, so theatrical... especially the part 2:55 - 3:50 was incredible. This song really gives the feeling of desperation and panic, and I have no trouble picturing Caleb realising he is dying, being betrayed by his one true love... This is one of the songs I would really love to see a video for, especially if it is set as a film by the catacombs of Juliet's grave, with Tony as Caleb ofcourse, ending with him choking to death, still humming while Juliet leaves the catacombs...

Easily the best song on the album. Maybe their best ever, it is close... either way absolutely astonishing.

there's a little chance that Caleb might comeback, I think, in the song it says "I'm a restless soul, I'll make the best ghost" so, maybe? what do you think? oh, my comment got popular xD

Lyrically, one of the best on the album, if not the best. The ending gets me every time.

"they should totally play the whole Caleb story on concert, though I'll be prefectly happy if they just played Juliet, such a beatiful composition makes my hears melt in pleasure."[7]

my most favourite 6 minutes in music such a great song they should totally play the whole Caleb story on concert, though I'll be prefectly happy if they just played Juliet, such a beatiful composition makes my hears melt in pleasure. [3]

Khanemis, my interpretation was that this is Caleb forcing his 'Juliet', the subject of his obsession, to die alongside him like Romeo and Juliet, but she finds some way to trick him so that he dies and she survives. There are some references in End of this Chapter and Don't Say a Word to something like that... "Love due to expire too long time ago/ Kills me, it will kill you too" and in DSaW: "I read a book about a man, a love, a woman, how they died", and then "You read the book now,/ The part 'Ashes to ashes, dust to dust'" - and of course from DSaW you know he's planning to kill her. Anyway, awesome ending.

Absolutely amazing song. The most powerful, beautiful, chilling, utterly fantastic song I've heard in a long time.

Tony already confirmed this to be the last part of the Caleb Saga. One hell of an ending btw

Khanemis, while the lyrics have very many references to the Shakespeare story, I'm still sure this is part of the Caleb saga. The overall tone is just like in the other songs, the pure obsession is so Caleb and it's full of lines underlining previous events, like "You know what you meant to me / Emptied the room in your life that I paid for / When I lost my sanity / I made a mess I am now here to clean. In all respects, it's a perfect conclusion to the story. "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my life again" ;)
