  • 2008 top 5

  • Soilwork pt. 2

Well I ended up not going to the Soilwork concert and I'm so damn bummed out about that. My freaking boyfriend promised he was going to take me to the concert, but he apparently forgot. Not to mention he doesn't listen to great music like I do...instead he listens to this blasphemous Three 6 Mafia and some other rap/hip hop shit I can barely tolerate. But whatever...one day I am going to musically convert that rap-loving guy of mine.

But my sister and HER boyfriend ended up going to the concert...lucky bitches. My sister said the opening local band sucked, Threat Signal was okay, Mnemic played AWESOME claims she. She says they played Ghost good but Dreamstate Emergency totally kickass. She didn't see much of Darkest Hour because she went to go eat elsewhere. Of course her favorite was no doubt Soilwork. She said the lead singer told the audience they were tired of playing their new crap so for that day they were going to play their old crap which they still kicked ass she says. …
