turn your bones to glass
Smog makes music of varying quality. Sometimes it all gets a little too easy-going ('Let's move to the country'). But some of Callahan's songs are excruciatingly effective, his matter-of-fact singing style forming a part of the atmosphere of the song.
Other tracks I like:

The type of memories that turn your bones to glass And though you were just a little squirrel you understood every word How can I stand and laugh with the man who redefined your body?
.. Anyway, indications from Day sent anticipation levels high for Woke On A Whaleheart. I have since heard Footprints, Diamond Dancer and Sycamore. And the album is going to be one of 2007's treats.
23 Apr 2006, 20:53 by medelliamixtapes have always been my thing. i was known for making my friends mixtapes with a Johnny Cash song followed by Neutral Milk Hotel followed by Joan Jett. Needless to say I love all kinds of music (sorry i don't count most rap as music) and yeah. thats it, this is a list, i'm bored.
as of now, i've been listening to a lot of Death Cab for Cutie .. i love the way they're so melodic and depressing yet somehow so completely comforting in that same light.
