The groovy, '60s soul-funk of "Walking on the Sun" disguises the fact that Smash Mouth is a ska-punk band. With its organ riff and breezy melody, "Walking on the Sun" is a great one-shot single, yet Smash Mouth never come close to replicating its easy charm anywhere on Fush Yu Mang. Regardless, there are some moments that'll satisfy third-wave ska revival fans. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, Rovi

  • An ultra silly album named. That's my only complaint. However, the music on here is out of this world. The whole entire album is incredible. I would give this album many spins back in the late 1990's.
  • Look at that cover, shit. Seapunk before it went mainstream.
  • such a fucking good album
  • If they didn't suck live they could've actually gone somewhere with this sound. It's a shame they gave it up to do Shrek soundtracks
  • really nice album, remember listening to this soooo much when i was a kid, and this is actually a very good album, their other albums were great when i was a kid, but now i really dont like them, but i can still listen to this and reminiscence of the old days...
  • yeah, i miss this smashmouth. this was my favorite album when i was like 9 or 10. i cannot tell you how many times i listened to heave-ho, and it still hasn't gotten old.
  • I wish we'd gotten more of this version of Smash Mouth. I like Astro Lounge, but it pales in comparison to this album.
  • this album is very great, the others sucks
  • love it
  • "Great album. The only one by Smash Mouth I find really creative and personal, it became worse and worse with each next album." Couldn't agree more!
