Sleeping, Dreaming is an experimental, lo-fi/ambient, concept band in which the music is built around the sound; formed in 2008, Jacksonville, FL by Ray Willson. Elements of post-rock, video game soundtrack, jazz, math-rock, indie, and electronics can be heard throughout the beautiful/eccentric music.
Between the summers of 2008 and 2009, Ray Willson compiled 6 songs (out of many that were created) which he released on the Sleeping, Dreaming EP. At the end of 2009, he started writing music more suitable for live performances and by the beginning of 2010 he had more musicians accompanying him on his artistic endeavor. In late 2011, Willson released two more songs via the Southeast Art Collective as well as various EPs under the alias Sundrenched.
All Sleeping, Dreaming songs are available for free download on Bandcamp.
