Slaves of Satan began as a pop band playing moody, simple keyboard-driven melodies. During the year 2005 they evolved into a progressive rock band and began to incorporate complex song structures and elaborate instrumentation. The members of Slaves of Satan have included Asko Valber, Jorma Vulture, Dj Jiri, and Sami Batistini, all of whom have achieved success as solo artists. Slaves of Satan has taken influence from a wide range of music, ranging from classical music to EBM and blues. Asko Valber is heavily influenced by Mike Patton and Bulgarian jazz drummer Stoyan Yankulov. On August 14, 2006, the band's lead guitarist Sami Batistini was found dead inside his home studio. The autopsy concluded that he had died because of record breaking opium overdose. After Batistini's death, the band decided to carry on and begin searching for a new guitarist. In 2007, the band found Batistini's replacement in P. Korkala.

2)
At the dawn of the fourth age, two of the most notorious and mystical characters of Middlearth decided to join forces in creating the ultimate band. Straight from Mordor comes Blasphemer, born with a heartbeat set to 300 beats per minute, the fastest most dark creature to have ever walked on Middlearth. Hailing from The Shire comes Dagriumum (or in common speech Goatman) a half hobbit/half goat creature who can summon the sounds of Mordor in his bass guitar of doom. Together they are… Slaves Of Satan.
