Born in Smethwick, in the Black Country, England - Steve “Skidders” Skidmore is currently recording his dual albums “Skidderslectric” and “Family & Friends” - electric rock and acoustic respectively.
Skidders is also one half of Bukechi (the other half being Sammi Houston) who are a Warwickshire based duo. Their highly acclaimed debut album “Welcome to Suburbia” was released in 2009 on the Force 8 record label.
Skidders has played with Kevin Rowland, Beneva, ANatasha to name a few, at venues such as the world famous Cavern Club and the Forum in London.
