    Varðeldur is the peak of this album for me. The effect it has on me only reaffirms Sigur Rós' high standing in my musical preferences. If you don't feel something when listening to a song like this... you're missing out.

    Sigur Ros must have hired sirens to sing to their music. I feel an irresistible tug on both my sanity and my safety through this song. Mother licker, I can't guarantee I'll wake up on this planet tomorrow morning with this seeping through my headphones all night

    When I heared this one on Inni it sounded good but wasn't that impressed tbf. On Valtari though it's simply perfectly placed. Brings out so many emotions. Just beautiful.
