Biography

There are at least four bands with the name “Shrine”:

1. A Bulgarian dark ambient project.

2. SHRINE, a sludgemetal quartet from Sweden. Have played together with big acts as
Entombed and Rising. Have worked with famous guitar legend Andy LaRocque from King Diamond.

3. A Portuguese thrash metal band from Linda-A-Velha, Lisbon.

Formed around 1990, by Luís Simões (vocals/guitar) of Saturnia and Blasted Mechanism, Eduardo V. (guitar), Rogério Pinto (drums) and António Cavacas (bass).
They released one album “Perspective” in 1994 and three demos.
