Biography

Shiva Affect was one of those bands which were situated a way above the levels inhabited by the normal music listeners so only a rare aficionado could ascend to their heights. In the last century their type of music would’ve been tagged art rock but in our new millennium of post-everything it well may be considered being no less than post-rock. But whatever the name of the genre they played musically luminous compositions of harmonious purity. Slowly climbing cadences and sad whisperings of flute are delicious.

Bass – Richard A
Engineer – Andy Weir (tracks: B2), Liam B. Watson* (tracks: A1 to B1, B3)
Flute – Sue Goulden
Guitar – Ed Tsang

Producer – Graham Sutton (tracks: A1), Shiva Affect (tracks: A2 to B3)
Vocals – Sue Anderson (2)

Reissues of their entire discography coming soon. Late this year or early next is the estimate we're working with.
