“Shannon Worrell is articulate to a devastating effect.”- C-ville Weekly

Ex-poet, Virginia-raised, folksinger with pop aspirations, Shannon Worrell is for fans who admire her ability to capture tragic characters in a series of lyrical snapshots. She is a storyteller who sticks to the essentials: family, friends, love, god, doubt, & death. She toured extensively in the 90s with Lilith Fair, Wilco, Ben Folds Five, Dave Matthews Band, Eels and Cake.

Her first record in 9 years, The Honey Guide, was released in September, 2008.

Past records:
Three Wishes, 1994
Lucky Shoe (as September 67), 1996
The Moviegoer, 2000
