“Give It Up to Me” is the third single from by Latin pop singer Shakira, taken from her third English studio album She Wolf. The song features American rapper Lil Wayne and was produced by hip-hop producer Timbaland. It only appears on the US version of the album.

Timbaland premiered the song at On Air with Ryan Seacrest, along with his own first single Morning After Dark of his 2009 album Shock Value 2, and Shakira announced that “Give It Up to Me” was the next official US single. Shakira performed without Lil Wayne Nov 10, on the Letterman Show. This is the first time Shakira performs this song live.
