Satan Panonski band was formed by Ivica Čuljak - Kečer II,Mentalni Ranjenik (born on: 04.06 1960).
Ivica Čuljak was originally from Cerić, small place next to Vinkovci.

1980 - Ivica started his music career by singing in alternative punk band called “Pogreb X” and after four years of cooperation he is taking what is to be best known pseudonim in Croatian alternative/punk scene - “Satan Panonski”.

“Satan Panonski” band has produced three albums, dozen of demo live recordings and few hard-blood-shock amateur video pieces. Besides that, Ivica has written lots of poetry which still holds a big value in beginnings of Croatian alternative cultural scene. Next to truly unique poetry, Ivica had tons of live recitations and edgy artistic performances in various places.

Ivica influenced and embraced art and local culture with his eccentric outfits and mistic behaviour.
Autodestruction,he called his performance.
He was a simple yet unique man which died on 21.7 1992 as an Croatian soldier somewhere downrange in a war.
