“Sarah Class is one of Britain’s brightest young musical stars” HMV Classical Reviews Magazine

“A breaking beam of sunlight.” Get To The Front

Sarah Class’s music career began when her talents came to the attention of producer, arranger and composer Sir George Martin (often called “the Fifth Beatle” for his work producing all but one of the Beatles’ original records). With an impressive background as a film composer, Sarah has already been awarded a Best Classical Album BRIT nomination for writing the Warner Classics recording, Aurora, performed by the acclaimed choral group Cantamus. The album enjoyed a lengthy Top 5 status in the UK and was number 1 in the Classic FM charts for a considerable time.

Sarah’s work with other young artists also include the triple Platinum album “Pure”, by Hayley Westenra for Decca in 2003, produced by Giles Martin. Sarah wrote two tracks, including “Across The Universe of Time”, which was the title track on the European release. The album enjoyed a wonderful reception in Australasia, and charted No 1 in the UK over 3 months.

A New Dawn marks Sarah’s first venture onto the the popular music scene after huge success as a classical composer. Released through Glorious Technicolour Records, “A New Dawn” is an elegant, beautiful and honest offering from an artist already being tipped for great things in 2010.
