Sangue Vivo is a southern Italian folk band born in Edinburgh with the desire to remember and revive ancestral roots from the South of Europe. They play solar tunes and soulful ballads in an exquisite whirlwind of rhythm, energy and joy. Their blend of traditional music from Puglia, Sicily and Calabria is fuelled by a genuine harmony of accordion, violin, guitars, tambourines and powerful vocals.
