His father is Neyzen Ulvi Erguner (1924-1974) and his grandfather is Neyzen Suleyman Erguner (1902-1953) who are great masters of the Classical Turkish Music for both composition and performance. Grandson Suleyman Erguner learned to play the ney in his childhood – at the age of five- from his father.
