Biography

Ryan Jones, could be either:
A) a DJ/Blogger based in South Wales, UK.

Has been mixing since ‘98 with a very minimalist setup, consisting basically of a cracked copy of some early PCDJ software, and unlike most DJs today he has made a progression from the software onto the turntables! (The software is kind of still there now, thanks to Serato!)
He plays mainly house, garage, dubstep and anything else that fits well in his head!
Known for creating/running/writing ELECTRIC ZOO a fairly successful underground music blog http://electriczoo.blogspot.com, and its series of popular Mixtapes.
Production wise he has made a few remixes as ALONG CAME JONES… most notably ‘World Maps’ a clever mash up and rework of Daft Punk and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs which recieved a lot of praise and featured in sets around the world. ‘World Maps’ has also been backed by Kissy Sell Out, who has ended numerous sets with this anthemic track, and even supported it on his BBC Radio 1 slot for ‘In New DJs We Trust’.
I July 2006 his ‘Listeners Minimix’ graced the British Airwaves when it was played by DJ Annie Mac live on BBC Radio 1.
