Totally agree with lukeyg. It's very typical of Ryan Adams that the title track from his studio-enforced LP of 'commercially viable' rock numbers should be this downbeat, hypnotic, anti-rock piece, over in under 2 minutes. "Everybody's cool playing rock and roll / I don't feel cool, feel cool at all". Amazing.
Weird that the title track is not characteristic of this album at all. One of his best songs, easily. For some reason I always want to listen to it early in the morning, and I always want it to be early in the morning whenever I listen to it.
