Rush Coil are Rush, Simon, and Cat - a group of friends that do things occasionally. They were formed by their mutual love of 80s action films, crappy zombie movies, and Italo Disco.

Rush drank too much and made a Christmas album, which received 2,000,000 hits in 3 weeks on http://www.8bitchristmas.com. It was also featured on Adult Swim for several weeks, spotlighted by IGN, and featured in over a hundred news outlets internationally. Sales were donate to the Child’s Play charity.

Rush is now making a large conceptual album inspired by the constant theft of chipmusic inside and out of the “scene.” The album, Chip Thievery, will be released in mid-2010.
