Rollo Armstrong

Rollo’s real name is Roland Armstrong and he is at the moment one of the greatest remixers and producers of the world. He released his first record in January 1992. Made with 2 friends of him, Felix
and Red Jerry @ Rollo’s “bedroom studio”. This record went on to sell 2.5 million copies and it was the record: Felix “Don’t You Want Me”. A lot of years on and Rollo’s writing and production skills have brought him sales in excess of over 7.5 million singles. This doesn’t include his remixes of 3 UK number ones (Gabrielle “Dreams”, Simply Red “Fairground” and Livin’ Joy “Dreamer”). In Holland and all over Europe he had also a number 1 with Faithless “God is a DJ”. Other top 10 hits in Europe are Pet Shop Boys Absolutely Fabulous” and “Can You Forgive Her?”, M People “How Can I Love U More?”, Donna Summer “I Feel Love”, Faithless “Insomnia”, “Salva Mea” and “Don’t Leave”.

His sister is Dido.
