Groningen, The Netherlands (2006-?)

RoleModelsFromHell, or simply RMFH, is a Dutch DJ and producer who started in 2006. His real name is Sjors (18.03.1990). After some early experimental work, he scored a #1 online hit with the number “Speak Up”, which became platinum in 2008. In 2010 his single “Mechanical”, a song often used in MTV programs, became even double platinum. His first album was delivered in 2008: “Naked Truth”. It’s a collection of songs ranging from dance, trance to techno. In 2010 his first official album was released: “Fat Beats And Bass Lines” on the DistibutionLabel.

He’s heavily influenced by such DJ’s as Paul Oakenfold and DJ Quicksilver and by the hiphop/rock band Crazy Town. It’s difficult to define his style because it changes very often, but it consists mainly of trance, techno and electro with an urban vibe to it.
He collaborated with some illustrious names like Paul Oakenfold, Eric Prydz and Mauro Picotto and made official club (re-)mixes for Lil’ Waynes “How Far Wil You Go” and Usher’s “Moving Mountains”.
