An incredibly intense ride of Latin music, color, adrenaline and good vibes! That is probably the best you can do when trying to describe in a few words a RoCola Bacalao show. With its fun-filled Latin fusion, its amazing 5-piece brass section, intelligent lyrics and great attitude, the Ecuadorian band will shake any stage and audience in the world.

With over 450 live shows played in the last 11 years, RoCola Bacalao has become one of Latin America’s fastest growing acts. Three European Tours (2008-2010) and their last record published in Europe, the USA and Japan with Übersee Records.
Highlights include successful appearances at SXSW (USA, 2011), Pfingst Open Air (Germany, 2010), Wereldfeest (Belguim, 2010), Karneval der Kulturen (Germany, 2010), BAFIM (Argentina, 2009), Polé Polé Gent (Belgium, 2009), Rockspektakel (Germany, 2009), Paulusfeesten (Belgium, 2009), Antilliaanse Feesten (Belgium, 2008), Polé Polé Beach (Belgium, 2008), Hestiv’oc (France, 2008), Rock al Parque (Colombia, 2007), and Quitofest (Ecuador, 2006). RoCola Bacalao has also played in world know venues as Sala Apolo (Barcelona, Spain), and the Open Lucht Theater (Antwerpen, Belgium).
After seeing them live, you will understand why RoCola Bacalao has been chosen twice, in 2005 and 2007, by Rolling Stone Latin America as one of the 8 best bands of the region.
