I can get lost for an eternity in the musical heaven Robin Guthrie creates. And MiloDC, I could not have said it better.... Robin is unmatchable. He has a one of a kind magnificence!

Guthrie has transcended rock. The opulence of his style and the stress that he places on melody are unparalleled -- I don't think that even Kevin Shields has ever matched Guthrie strictly on these terms. This guy's stuff, both during and after Cocteau Twins, should surely be required listening for aspiring rock musicians (or musicians of any genre, period). Abstractly beautiful beyond words.

The Cocteau Twins are epic and as Robin shows here - he is the sound of the Cocteau Twins! No one can emulate this precise echo melancholia. Very special. Would love to hear infinitely more ;) Come on you Scot - come tour Scotland's 4 main cities at the very least!!!!!!
