Robert Llewellyn is a British actor, presenter, and writer. He is best known for his roles as presenter of Scrapheap Challenge, and as the android Kryten in the hit sitcom Red Dwarf. In January 2009 he launched the web series Carpool, where he interviews well known personalities using small mounted cameras within his car as he gives them a lift to various places around the UK.

he has an Official Site, Twitter and Facebook for Carpool

There are many reasons for Car Pool being made, partly due to a home made video with David Baddiel, cameras have gotten smaller over the years, it’s cheaper and easier to interview people in your own car than hire studio time, with a car you can fit into anyone’s busy schedule rather than they try to find time to meet you.

The first episode was uploaded to Blip.TV and Itunes then he had to go away during the weekend and when he got back he was going to make an announcement but when he got back there had already been many downloads for Edbye carpool after about 80 shows with a whole range of guests he made a Carpool announcement that the series would be filmed for tv channel Dave, that series has been shown on Dave but full length recordings are on Blip.TV, Itunes and Youtube (which have also been linked to this last.fm page.

There are also audio versions Audio Blip.tv and Audio Itunes
