There are some groups called Rising:
1)Rising is hardcore crossover/alternative/nu-metal band from Gbely, Slovakia.
2)There is a rock/metal band from Bulgaria aslo called Rising.
3) The young Hard’n’Heavy band from Kiev (Ukraine) is called Rising, too
4)Rising is a female-fronted Heavy metal band from Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela
5)A Danish Sludge/Groove metal band formed in Copenhagen year 2008.
1)Rising vznikol na Zahori v Gbeloch v roku 2000. Vtedy si traja chalaniska povedali, ze zacnu spolu robit muziku. Postupom casu sa pridal dalsi clen a odvtedy Rising funguje ako 4-clenna kapela, bez ziadnej personalnej zmeny.
Zacala to byt najprv zabava, ale s postupom casu a narastajucimi investovanymi peniazmi sa z kapely stala viac ako len zabava. Z grungu a neviem este coho sa vyvinul nejaky cross-over/nu-metal… z kapiel Nirvana, RHCP, Foo Fighters sa preslo na Deftones, SOAD, FF.
V dnesnej dobe kapelu tvoria stale ti isty blazni ako kedysi, aj ked pecene od roku 2000 uz potvrdli… Styl??? Neviem, kazdy musi zhodnotit sam, ved od toho su tu aj mp3-ky. Ale ako to definuju clenovia RISING - je to styl, resp. mix vsetkeho co sa im paci a co im dava zmysel.
About Ukrainian Rising.
This band was formed in January, 2007, but there were changes in the membership. Only two former members remained in the band - bass player and keyboard player.
The last chang took its place September, 2008, and the first gig of Rising was December, 11, 2008.
Rising members are:
Suzanna ELPy - vocal/bass guitar/music&lyrics
Varvara Koval’ - keyboards
Yaroslav Zhmaka - guitar
Boris Kalinin - drums
