25 Dec 2007, 01:50 by KillHybridI'm bored, so let's make a journal entry like everyone else. 2007 was pretty much win in terms of music. Lots of great albums came out and only a few sucked horribly.
First off and easily my favorite is No World For Tomorrow. Finishing up the Armory Wars saga, NWFT came with awesome songs like Gravemakers & Gunslingers, No World For Tomorrow, The Hound (of Blood and Rank), and The End Complete III: The End Complete. The entire album is great, but there's already a mess of connections here to add them all.
Next was Nil Recurring by Porcupine Tree. Last.fm tells me it can't find Nil Recurring, but that's because their music database is sadly outdated. Four-track EP, featuring Robert Fripp on the title track, which is followed up by Normal, Cheating the Polygraph and finally What Happens Now? to finish the whole thing off. Personally preferred this over PT's Fear of a Blank Planet. Although, when that album and this EP are meshed together, it really becomes one of my favorite playlists.

Some of those bands are just not popular, others are criminally underrated and most of them you just don't have mp3s to listen to.
Well, this time I've thought about everything so take your seat, take a look at this journal entry and prepare yourself to discover music you never thought about.
First of all, I'll look at my own charts and start recommending one of my favourite bands ever: Enchant. They play some kind of progressive rock with a little (verry little to be honest) metal and the result is just OMFG. Ted Leonard is one of the most awesome singers I've ever heard and it can be proved with their superb Live At Last record and that one is an excellent beginning with this band. I also recommend picking Blink Of An Eye first if you can't find Live At Last, or my favourite by them: Juggling 9 Or Dropping 10.
