Richard Innes, born April 9, 1948 in Colfax, Washington, played drums with many prominent Southern California blues bands, including Bacon Fat, the Hollywood Fats Blues Band and the Hollywood Blue Flames. Innes also played with Big Mama Thornton and Little Richard.

More recently, Innes has toured and recorded with The Mannish Boys.
