"I may falter in my steps, but never beyond your reach". You are truly an awesome God that deserves our daily praise.

It's one thing to say that "God is my God" and it's an entirely different thing to live that way. Gives us all something to strive for.

He is a faithful God we do not know the depths of His care for us. He will not leave us nor forsake us its only us who do the former.

This song always reminds me of Mac Powell (the person) and the look in his eyes when hearing this song. Sometimes, I think of Abraham... being a stranger in this land on that faultering road ... never beyond the reach of Love.

I remember hearing this song for the first time at Lutheran Valley Retreat in Colorado many years ago.. all those stars overhead with all my good friends around. Talk about a peaceful feeling.
