Even after like forty years these songs still go so hard. I love the rhythm and almost danceability to it. There's an energy here that's infective, and just so much fun. If you're a fan of modern Grindcore, check this out. It's a classic.

I Never got why they get less love then terrroizer and napalm death. They're for sure my favorite out of the three.

Мне кажется, это всё же thrash (в хардкоровском, не металлистском значении) залетающий в околометал, но точно не death/grind. К Cryptic Slaughter они всяко ближе чем к Carcass.

Their Rarities found on the double CD version of Horrified. 30 tracks that lasts over an hour and you will not be disappointed.

It's just the shame the remastering sounds so fucking terrible. Brickwalled all to hell.

They sound like Death Strike kicked up a notch. Basically they're a faster and more intense Death Strike.

I believed I've seen some references somewhere in interview, but apparently these were coming from biographies where Master are compared to Anti-Cimex and Crude SS. At least I can't find anything else now. So maybe it is an indirect connection via GBH/Discharge influence after all, as you suggest.

А ведь этот хуесос еще и русскоязычный поди. Зато выебнулся знанием инглиша. Иначе я вообще не понимаю зачем он переводить комментарий, написанный на кириллице полез и высерать какую-то хуйню в ответ, лол.

Haven't listened to them in years and I must say they really sound just as fresh

Black Breath, Horrified, Maggots in Your Coffin, and Driven to Insanity... all very good!

They should have millions of dollars for their awesome music. They totally deserve it. :)

Yeah, Reek is my all time favorite, but I was more referring to vanilla grind rather than goregrind

Not really complaining about leftist politics in general, I just find early Napalm Death's lyrics nauseatingly sanctimonious and preachy. I still like them quite a bit though

Horrified is probably my favorite grind album ever, but complaining about lefty politics in this subgenre always strikes me as funny.

Instead of comparing them to Napalm Death, maybe a better comparison would be to Terrorizer, who also had one great album from around the same time that is pretty much flawless.

I was mainly talking about how pretty much every song on Scum and FEtO is about some sort of leftist social justice issue and the sanctimonious feeling to the lyrics. I love Napalm Death but political commentary isn't their strong suite

Repulsion > Napalm Death, both because of the actual music and the fact that Repulsion doesn't have the preachy lyrics
